Biography

I am a computer scientist with a PhD in Computational Semantics from University of Groningen. Over the years I worked on formal representations of meaning, linguistic annotation, natural language generation, commonsense knowledge, semantic parsing, sentiment analysis, and hate speech detection.

Most recently, I am interested in modeling the human factor in computational models of natural language, developing perspectivist methods and benchmarks. I authored the Perspectivist Data Manifesto.
