Biography

Matteo Delsanto is a postdoctoral researcher in Computer Science at the University of Turin, where he also earned his PhD. His research focuses on Natural Language Processing and Computational Linguistics, with particular attention to lexical semantics, Language Models, and Transformer-based methods.

His work spans from the analysis of elderly people’s language to identify biomarkers indicative of Alzheimer’s disease, to applications in the legal domain, combining NLP techniques with eye-tracking methods to study language processing and improve accessibility and comprehension of complex texts.
