Biography
Cristina Bosco, PhD in Computer Science, is an Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science, University of Turin. She works in Natural Language Processing, with a particular focus on annotated linguistic resources, treebanks for parsing, and datasets for semantic tasks such as the detection of hate speech, racial stereotypes, and irony.
She is a founding member of the Italian Association for Computational Linguistics (AILC). Her recent interests include the modelling of texts on environmental topics.
